The 2025/2026 season runs from the 1st June 2025 to 30th April 2026

​

Membership applications for the 2025/2026 Season will open to current members and those on the Club Waiting List that are successful after interview only from the 6th to 30th April 2025.  If there is sufficient space, applications will then be taken from others on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

 

There are no part year Memberships.

 

​Membership Definitions:

 

​Current Members are those applying for Membership for the new season that were Members in the previous season (2024/5).​New Members are those applying for Membership for the new season who were not members in the previous season (2024/5).

 

Membership Types Age Classification:​

   Adult:      Age 16 to 64 on June 1st, 2025

   Senior:    Age 65 & over on June 1st, 2025

   Junior:     Under 16 Years Old on June 1st, 2025

Membership Fees for the 2025/26 Season are as follows:​

   New Adult:              £100

   New Senior:             £70

   New Junior:              £20

   New Disabled:         £70

   Current Adult:          £55

   Current Senior         £40

   Current Junior          £10

   Current Disabled:    £40​

 

There are no Junior Disabled types:  The fees are the same as New & Current Juniors

 

2024/25 Membership Application Process by Member type:

 

New Member:

 

1. Prior to applying ensure that you review and fully understand the Club Rules, & Codes Of Conduct.

2. Fill out the membership enquiry form at the bottom of this page, stating that you wish to apply for membership as a new member(s).

3. The club will then advise receipt of your enquiry and advise the next steps.

4. You will be invited to attend an interview at the club lake at a date to be advised.  Juniors are not required to attend.  You will be required to bring two recent passport size photos of yourself and any Juniors that will be included on your application to the interview.

5. If successful at the interview and subsequent review by the Committee, you be issued an email stating the same.  A further email will be sent to you later which will include a link to the online membership confirmation form which you will have to complete and submit. (see Online Membership Confirmation Form Process and Notes below).  If all submitted data is correct you will then be issued with a photo ID membership card and key for the lake main gate, which will be posted to you.

6. If your application is not successful, we will advise accordingly and will request your mailing address to return the photos to you.

 

Online Membership Confirmation Form Process and Notes:

 

Memo : The form builds relative to the specific information you enter in the input fields as you progress. You must answer all the relevant questions that the form presents to you.

 

1. You must enter a valid working email address that you can access. The Date of Birth (DOB) fields are logic checked so only those over 16 years old can fill the form in and Juniors DOB's check that entries are under 16 on the 1st June 2025. If you enter a date for a Junior that is older than 16 years old you will receive a "Date Not Available " warning.

2. If you are making multiple adult applications,  you will have to start again using the link provided in the email -  repeat for as many times as required. If making multiple applications which are being paid for by one Faster Payment, enter those details in the Comments box.

3. Pay the Total Fees payable via Faster Payment to the details given on the Confirmation Form and enter the date of deposit in the box provided and the reference used in the faster payment reference box- This helps us correlate the fee allocation.

4. Once you are happy with your input, press the submit button

5. Add or Check that you have leechapelfishingclub@gmail.com in your email account's contact / safe list. All normal Club communications to you will be sent from this email address.

 

 

Current Member Renewal Application Process:

 

This process will be the same as the 2024/25 season.  You will be advised what to do by email accordingly.  

Note: If you have not renewed by the 31st May 2025 then your membership space cannot be guaranteed.
